We recommend one bartender per 100 guests.

What’s Included:
• 1 Bartender
• Disposable cups
• Arrive one hour prior to the bar opening to set up
• Up to 4 hours of Active Bar Service
• Additional bar service is $100 per hour per bartender 
• LAST CALL is 15 minutes prior to the end of active bar service time.
• It is the client’s responsibility to let the announcer/DJ know when to announce last call.
• The bartender will depart at the end of service time.

We will bring:
• Bar supplies including Openers, Bar Towels, Tubs and Linens to cool Wine and any set ups

Clients to Provide
• All Alcohol
• All Set ups: Cokes, Soda, Water, Garnishes, Mixers, etc.
• Any additional beverages

Bella Sera Ranch to Provide

Bella Sera Ranch on site Rental
• 2 tap Beer Kegerator - $100 + tax (coordinate with BSR to arrange)
