Add an additional 6 hours the day before your wedding from 1 pm to 7 pm for only $950.
Our couples LOVE this affordable option so they can decorate the day before and use all the wedding day hours to relax and soak in every moment!
Ceremony and Reception block of time:
Our rentals are a total of 12 hours long.
You get 5 hours for the ceremony and reception
(1 hour ceremony and 4 hours reception is industry standard)
Most wedding DJ's give you a 5 hour package.
March-November (spring forward time change):
Ceremonies begin between 5 pm and 6 pm at the latest.
November-March (fall back time change):
Ceremonies start earlier. 4 pm is the latest ceremony start time.
Bar Service
Should you desire alcohol at your event, you must purchase the BSR bar package for $450+tax.
Our bar package includes, BSR TABC certified bartender(s), security, clear disposable cups, stir sticks, ice, bottle/can cooler storage, 2 tap kegerator, bar tools, and ice water.
**Clients purchase the booze.**
We no longer allow outside bar tenders or services.
How does payment work?
The date reservation fee is 25% of the total package price and is due within 7 days of signing your contract. The 25% reservation fee is non-refundable.
The remaining balance will be divided into a maximum of 3 additional payments with the final payment being due 30 days before your event. We accept checks, money orders, and cash.
Damages Deposit- We don't collect a damage deposit upfront. Instead, we collect credit card information within your contract to keep on file for incidentals.
Please note this additional expense:
We require a $1m event insurance policy with Bella Sera Ranch listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost is $200.
Insurance coverage requirements are in your contract and on our FAQ page.
We do not require "cancellation coverage". Adding that is up to you.
